Nearly any type of metal chip can be compressed, achieving volume reductions of up to 95% and dryness of 98% or higher. The unique continuous feed system with a dual chamber design provides unmatched throughput, resulting in space and energy savings versus competitive offerings.

With a broad range models capable of up to 1,350 kg/hr throughput for aluminum or 3,200 kg/hr throughput for steel, a model is available to match your needs, including models dedicated to challenging grinding swarf applications. FastPac briquetters are also capable of compressing organic materials such as paper, sawdust, and plastics, offering significant space and transportation cost savings.

Chip Shredders and Crushers

Larger or stringier turnings require size reduction prior to briquetting, and Mayfran offers a range of 13 shredder models to fit your throughput and chip type needs.
