VacuFilter Vacuum Media Filter Systems

VacuFilter® vacuum filters use a disposable paper media to filter metal chips and fine particles from metalworking fluids. In addition to general precision machining applications, grinding, honing, and parts washing applications often employ this type of filter to achieve cleanliness as good as 15 microns. The media also removed undesirable tramp oils and split emulsions.

VacuFilter systems can be used with a wide range of materials and fluids, including straight oil and water-soluble emulsions. The single-pump design is simple and reliable, and the unit can be connected either to a single machine or multiple machines through pumpback stations. With three models available and a capacity of up to 600 gpm, VacuFilter systems are a flexible solution for local coolant filtration needs.
