ConSep® WS Conveyor

The unique design of Mayfran’s ConSep® WS protects the drum filter, and its permanent self-cleaning filter media with backwash spray cleans coolant to 50-micron nominal. It handles most chip types and various materials while preventing damage of the drum filter with a steel belt. Built as a version of the ConSep® 2000 II, it’s designed to save floor space by increasing the incline angle to shorten the overall projection.

In addition, the ConSep® WS:

• Manages small chips and fines with an auger conveyor at the discharge
• Provides a smaller overall profile which makes it ideal for facilities where space is at a premium
